In September the team will be doing team runs every Tuesday and Thursday. These team runs are informal, if you can make it come on out! If you would like to come just to do some runs and to get into shape but not race you are also welcome to come out, EVERYONE is invited!!
The team will have races on the following days:
Cougar Mile- September 21st
EIPS- October 5th
Zones- October 12th
