Cross Country Team
Enjoy your summer and be sure to do gets some training runs in!!
In September the team will be doing team runs every Monday,Wednesday and Thursdays. These team runs are informal, if you can make it come on out! If you would like to come just to do some runs and to get into shape but not race you are also welcome to come out, EVERYONE is invited!!
The team will have races on the following days:
Cougar Mile- September 12
EIPS- September 18th
Zones- September 25th
