Year In Review

Food Bank Fundraiser for the band - just one of many examples of student service.

Where has the time gone.  These past 4 months of school have been so full of energy and wonderful learning opportunities for our students.  I am constantly so impressed by how students are positive in their respect and care for each other.  This empathy is very important as we work together in developing the fantastic citizens we see at Sherwood Heights.

Even this morning, I saw one student helping tie the shoe of a classmate with an injured arm.  As I look back, I remember so many events where students engage in constructive and helpful community initiatives, further developing this empathy.

As principal, I am proud and humbled to be able to support our fantastic school.  I wish each and every one of you a fantastic holiday season and a Merry Christmas.  I look forward to the new year as we continue to work together making our school a place of encouragement and Cougar Pride.
